CPS Grants

For Chicago Public Schools First Time Home Buyers

You’re ready to acquire a home of your own, some dependable solid ground in the midst of a career serving others. Luckily, there’s a CPS Teacher Home Buyer Assistance Program that provides enviable incentives and a desirable APR. When you’ve got your eyes on the prize of home ownership, you want to survey the most beneficial options: as a CPS teacher and first time home buyer, you may be eligible for much lower rates than you think.

To participate in this home buying incentive only made available to Chicago Public Schools teachers, schedule a first time home buyer seminar with the Rogers Park Community Development Corporation (RPCDC)’s very own homeownership consultant, who can provide the education certificate needed for the CPS mortgage securing process. They can be reached at 773-338-7732, extension 28.

Participate in the CPS Home Buying Program

A and N Mortgage is proud to partner with CPS’s first time home owner initiative, and we want to make all of our potential home buyers aware of the plentitude of developer partner incentives on their site: CPS Teacher Housing. You are eligible for the perfect home.

Please contact Neena Vlamis at 773-305-5626, extension 104, to complete your mortgage application and receive approval in no time.
